We are a husband-and-wife team, supported by our grown-up children (and occasionally supervised by our two dogs), building something we genuinely care about.

After decades of global travel and senior corporate careers, we chose to create a different kind of life — one centred on thoughtful hospitality, flavour-driven food and a pace that allows conversations to linger.

The Molesworth reflects what we value most: doing things properly, welcoming people warmly, and creating evenings that unfold without hurry. Our menu is deliberately small and carefully chosen, prepared with care and served with attention.
