Accomodation

Stay with us and settle into the rhythm of The Molesworth.

Set on the Devon–Cornwall border, we offer a peaceful village retreat, surrounded by open countryside, with the beaches and South West Coast Path just fifteen minutes away.

Our two ensuite rooms are designed for an unhurried, restorative stay — rich in character, quietly refined. King-size beds layered in crisp cotton sheets, generous towels and bathrobes, high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtfully chosen toiletries create a space that feels both comfortable and considered.

Many guests enjoy staying with us after dinner and making an evening of it.

Choose Church View, bright and south-facing, overlooking the 13th-century church, or School View, once looking across to the old village school, with its cooler east-facing light and original stone fireplace.

Wake slowly to the sound of church bells. Spend the day walking the Ruby Way or cycling National Cycle Route 3. Return for a relaxed evening in our restaurant, or wander further afield to the nearby coast.

Breakfast is included and served between 8am and 10am in our warm, welcoming dining room — the wood-burning stove glowing in the cooler months. Expect generous, thoughtfully prepared dishes: homemade breads, local yoghurt with berry compote, perfectly poached eggs, or our Baños eggs, inspired by our time in Ecuador.

Room rate £120 per night including breakfast

All rooms are for one or two adults only, sorry no children or pets.
